With customer satisfaction always top of our agenda, we decided to carry out a Survey of our customers to check what they think of Showerpower’s service so far.
We asked them specifically what they thought of the quality of our service, our products and other aspects of their Showerpower experience.
The result was a resounding thumbs up, with every category earning an ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ or ‘good’ rating.
The customers who completed the Survey varied from homebuild individuals to architects, interior designers and property developers. The projects they commissioned varied from the one-off installation of a new, frameless Showerpower shower to complex projects for new developments.
To summarise the Survey results, all respondents said the products supplied and installed by Showerpower were excellent or very good. The same is true of our quality of service – something we found particularly pleasing.
Our after-care service was highly rated too, with 85% of respondents describing it as excellent or very good and our project management was rated as excellent, very good or good by all respondents.
Perhaps most significant of all, 88% said they would be happy to recommend Showerpower – confirming what we have experienced over the years: that the very best marketing is word of mouth.
